As a German-Spanish bilingual I grew up in Stuttgart, Germany, speaking Spanish with my mother and feeling at home in both cultures. Due to my multicultural background, since I was very young, I have been interested in other languages like English, French and Portuguese, which I learned easily because of my natural talent for languages. At university I perfected my language skills by studying English philology, besides Spanish philology and Business studies. After graduating from the Justus-Liebig-University in Giessen, Germany, I accepted my first job as a translator which consisted in translating an IT user´s manual from German into Spanish and English. From then on I have dedicated myself to translation jobs as well as to other jobs in companies belonging to a great variety of industries, in Germany and Spain. Therefore, what most cualifies me as a professional translator is my vast experience. I have 15 years of experience as a translator and 12 years of practical working experience in banking, tourism, education and technology, mainly dealing with international clients due to my excellent language skills. My strengths are my high adaptability and my capacity to familiarize myself quickly with any kind of new subject. I am meticulous and I like dealing personally with my clients in order to gain an in-depth understanding of each matter. Having lived both in Germany and Spain for decades I guarantee high-level translation results in both languages.
